If your rental vehicle needs to be swapped for a replacement during your rental period, this addendum becomes part of your original Rental Agreement. It requires a signature at the time of the swap; vehicle details, condition notes, and any rate or deposit changes are handled on paper at pickup, not on this website.
Your responsibility for the vehicle you're returning continues until it's been returned to and accepted by J Egbe LLC. Once you receive the replacement vehicle, you take on responsibility for that vehicle under the original Rental Agreement and this addendum. You remain responsible for any damage, tolls, tickets, mileage charges, fuel charges, cleaning charges, or late fees tied to the returned vehicle from your possession, even if discovered after the swap.
You'll have a chance to inspect the replacement vehicle before accepting it. Any existing damage should be noted, and photographed where possible, before you leave with it. Damage occurring after you take possession is handled under the same damage and responsibility terms as the original Rental Agreement.
A vehicle swap doesn't cancel your original Rental Agreement. The replacement vehicle simply becomes the vehicle covered by that agreement as of the swap date and time. Every other provision — insurance, authorized drivers, prohibited uses, mileage, fuel, maintenance, accidents, damage, tolls, tickets, cleaning, and late returns — continues to apply unless the addendum specifically changes it.
Your signature on the addendum confirms that the returned vehicle's information and condition were documented, that you've inspected and received the replacement vehicle, that you accept responsibility for it, that your original Rental Agreement stays in effect, and that charges tied to the returned vehicle can still be assessed after the swap if they happened during your possession.

This agreement is between J Egbe LLC ("Owner") and the Renter, and governs every rental booked through ABAutoSales.com. Renter details, vehicle details, and signatures are completed as part of pickup paperwork; the terms below apply to every rental.
The rental period runs from the Renter taking possession of the vehicle until it is returned and accepted by J Egbe LLC. The minimum rental is two consecutive calendar days unless approved otherwise in writing.
Extensions aren't guaranteed and depend on vehicle availability, insurance verification, and approval, and must be requested before the scheduled return time. An extension only takes effect once approved, all extra fees are paid in advance, and insurance stays valid throughout; late fees apply until then. J Egbe LLC may deny a request for reasons including availability, existing reservations, insurance issues, unpaid balances, or prior violations. Approval may be given electronically (text, email, e-signature, or payment confirmation) with the same effect as a handwritten signature.
The Renter certifies they hold a valid, unsuspended license, that their information is accurate, and that they're legally permitted to drive. Only the listed Renter may drive the vehicle unless J Egbe LLC authorizes another driver in writing.
Insurance is NOT included with any rental vehicle. The Renter must provide their own active auto insurance covering the rental vehicle for the whole rental period, and must give J Egbe LLC the policy number (it is required to sign this agreement). Proof of active auto insurance is required before pickup, and it is primary for any claim from use of the vehicle. The Renter is responsible for vehicle damage, third-party property damage, bodily injury claims, deductibles, uninsured losses, loss of use, diminished value, towing, and storage fees.
A refundable $100 deposit is required before pickup, and may be withheld in part or full for smoking or vaping, pets, missing fuel, excessive cleaning, damage, unauthorized drivers, late fees, out-of-state travel, or any other violation. Charges beyond the deposit remain the Renter's responsibility.
The vehicle may not be driven by unauthorized drivers, taken outside Georgia without written approval, used for racing or reckless driving, driven while impaired, used to commit an illegal act or transport illegal or hazardous materials, used for towing, used for rideshare, delivery, or other commercial activity unless approved, or used to transport pets, and smoking or vaping is not allowed. Violations may end the rental immediately.
The Renter accepts the vehicle in the condition noted at pickup and must return it with the same fuel level, in substantially the same condition, and free of excessive dirt, trash, stains, odors, smoke residue, or pet hair.
Standard excessive-cleaning fee: $20. Severe cleaning — smoke, pet hair, stains, odors, bodily fluids, or excessive debris — costs up to $75 or the actual cost, whichever is greater. Missing fuel is billed at replacement cost plus a $15 service fee.
A one-hour grace period applies, after which a $10/hour late fee kicks in. If the vehicle isn't back within 24 hours, J Egbe LLC may begin recovery procedures; after 48 hours with no approved extension, it may report the vehicle stolen where the law allows and repossess it. The Renter covers all resulting recovery, towing, storage, repossession, attorney, and collection costs.
Business hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Returns outside those hours have their deposit held until a full inspection — fuel, mileage, interior, exterior, damage, and compliance — is completed; the deposit is released once the vehicle clears inspection, though this may delay processing.
The Renter must notify J Egbe LLC immediately of any accident, damage, theft, police interaction, or mechanical issue, and may not authorize repairs without written approval.
The Renter is solely responsible for citations, parking violations, tolls, towing, impound fees, and court costs — an obligation that survives the end of the rental.
Vehicles may include GPS, telematics, recovery technology, or starter-interrupt systems. The Renter may not tamper with or disable these, and consents to location and operational data collection for security, recovery, insurance, and business purposes.
The Renter authorizes J Egbe LLC to charge the payment method on file for extensions, damage claims, fuel, cleaning, traffic violations, tolls, towing, collection costs, and any other amount due under this agreement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J Egbe LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, attorney fees, and causes of action arising from possession, operation, or use of the vehicle.
This agreement is governed by Georgia law, with disputes brought exclusively in Georgia courts; the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses.
